A Murder Mystery Comes to Owatonna

Beds for Kids will be conducting their fundraiser this Saturday, October 15, at Brooktree Golf Course. An original murder mystery titled Murder at the Brookside Casino, directed and hosted by Paul Warshauer, will be staged. A group of actors will act out a murder scenario. They'll then chat with the audience and give you the opportunity to guess who done it. The evening also includes a five-course tasting menu prepared by Chef Tim Cockram of the Masters Grill. Tickets are $50 and are available by calling (507) 213-6312. The evening begins at 6:30PM. Come early and enjoy music by members of the Owatonna High School Orchestra.

Beds for Kids serves Steele and Waseca counties. Since its inception in 2010, more than 850 beds have been given out. Last year about 250 beds were given away. So far in 2016, between 160 and 170 beds have been given out to kids in need.
