Christmas Bird Count in Steele County

The annual Christmas Bird count will be Saturday the 20th.

The count area covers a 15 mile diameter circle with Havana as the center point.

If you would like to take part in the field, call 451-5073.

Those with bird feeders are invited to count their bird visitors also on Saturday, by counting the greatest number of one species of bird that you see at one time and then phone in the results.
