Around 6:30 am on Monday a fire was reported in the Dairy Queen in Concourse C at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.

That's according Patrick Hogan, director of public affairs and marketing for the Metropolitan Airports Commission. He said the fire caused minimal damage.

Because sprinklers were set off there was quite a bit of water in the DQ and 2 adjacent gates.

Clean up is underway and no injuries were reported as a result.

Delta airlines said it may have to switch gates for some of their flights.

Besides Delta, 10 other airlines use Terminal 1. Air Canada, Air Choice One, Air France, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Boutique Air, Frontier, KLM, Spirit and United.
