Owatonna Salvation Army Kettle Kickoff

The Salvation Army will host a Kettle Kickoff party on Friday, November 18, at the store, 1810 S. Cedar in Owatonna. Hours will be noon to 4PM. Volunteers are invited to stop in and sign up for one or more shifts of bell ringing during the upcoming holiday season. Two-hour commitments are preferred. You may also call (507) 413-6700 to arrange a bell ringing time.

This year there will be eight locations to choose from. Ringers will be needed at

• Walmart
• Cabela's
• Fleet Farm
• Sterling
• Fareway Foods
• Cashwise
• Hy-Vee
• Walgreens

The money stays local.

You can also help out by shopping the Salvation Army store or making a donation. Store hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30AM to 5PM and Saturday 9:30AM to 3PM. Donations are accepted at the side door weekdays between 9:30AM and 4:30PM and Saturdays from 10AM to 2PM. Pickup can be arranged for larger furniture donations.
