Are You Aware Of The Community Foundation of Ellendale?

The public is invited to learn more about the Community Foundation of Ellendale on Saturday, November 3 from 7-9PM. The CFE is a non-profit organization whose mission is striving to strengthen and enhance the Ellendale area community today and for future generations.

At Saturday's board meeting the Foundation will give an update on Phase 1 and 2 of the Community Center project, highlight the Matching Fund Campaign and provide information about the future of the CFE.The evening will wrap up with entertainment by the Ditch Creek Dixies who are sisters from Southern Minnesota.

Earlier this year the CFE announced that the foundation have received a $10,000 matching challenge from Dennis and Jackie Miller. The Millers will match dollar-for-dollar all donations of $100 or more throughout 2018. The gifts can either be contributed to the endowment fund which will provide ongoing grant dollars for the community of Owatonna. The dollars may also go to the current community center update.
