If you've got any tots in your freezer, you are going to want to read this fully because there might be more than just tots in those bags.  Yes, my friends, another recall has been issued for Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin, and this time it is because "small rocks and metal fragments" might be what you end up chewing on.  And just in case you missed it, there was a huge recall on 2 popular deodorant brands as well.  Details for both are below.

Broccoli Tots Recalled Throughout Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin Due to People Chewing on Metal and Rocks

According to FDA.gov, a voluntary recall was issued for 12 oz. bags of Birds Eye Broccoli Tots.  Two people have reported dental injuries due to biting on the product that contained metal and/or rock fragments.  Products should be removed from store shelves by now but I'd suggest checking your freezer to ensure these tots aren't consumed by your family.

Minnesota Mom Survival Guide When Your Kids Get Sick

If you are a mom, you've probably had those moments where your kid comes rushing in to the room while you are sleeping and is standing over you while you are sound asleep and you wake up to them saying, "I don't feel good".  The worst is when they say that and include the words, "I think I'm going to throw up".  In an instant, you turn into this mom superhero that only shows up when kids are sick.
You might be a superhero mom but we could all use a little help in those moments.  Below are a few essentials that you might want to pick up before your next "sick kid" escapade.

Sick Kid Survival Guide for All Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin Moms

As my kid was hurling chunks of our pasta dinner into the sink (fyi...pasta that apparently he did not chew at all...because I could see it all sitting there in clumps) I instantly put my hair in a mom bun and rushed to action. I have no idea how I knew what to do in that moment of barfing, because if I'm honest, I wanted to barf myself, but I kept it in and rushed to get all the tools I had in the house for just this moment. My "Sick Kid Survival Guide" is a gamechanger and if you don't have these items at your house, maybe stock up now so you are prepared for cold, flu, and this COVID season.
