I counted up six lead changes in the first half, but at the end of the first half nothing was decided on parents night in Medford on Friday night as the score was tied at 29.

The second half the Cardinals were able to turn up the heat a bit and it was a bit of a battle to the end, but Bethlehem Academy won 68-60. Keeley Skluzacek had 21 points to lead the team, Shelby Meyer had 12 and Maggie Beckman contributed eight. They were the State Farm Insurance Agents of Faribault Players of the game. Also giving good efforts were Jessica Oathoudt and Amber Meritt, each putting in nine points. The Cards also only turned the ball over 13 times and they had 15 steals.

Leading the scoring for Medford: Emma Kniefel 17, Kiley Nihart 13, Izzy Reuvers 11.

BA moved to 9-12 overall and 3-7 in conference. It also avenged an earlier 56-52 loss to the Tigers at home. The Cards next play at 7:15PM Monday at home against Blooming Prairie.
