We Now Know When Santa Claus is Coming to Rochester, Minnesota

I can tell that Christmas is just around the corner because Scheel's has decorations up, my neighbors have their gorgeous lights wrapped around trees and turned on.  And, yes, there is news that a pretty famous radio station known as "Rochester's Christmas Station" is getting ready to flip on over to Christmas too.  But probably some of the biggest news though is that Santa is coming to town!

Save the date because the big guy in the red suit is coming to downtown Rochester on November 26th, 2022.

Everything to Know About the "Here Comes Santa Claus" Event in Rochester, Minnesota

One of the most magical days in Rochester is when Santa shows up on the roof of Old City Hall.  Below is everything you need to know about the Here Comes Santa Event:

• When:  Saturday, November 26th, 2022
• Time:  2 pm until 5 pm with the following events:
  • 2 pm - Santa shows up atop Old City Hall and is rescued by the Rochester Fire Department
  • 2:30 pm until 5 pm - Santa's Magical Workshop full of activities and crafts inside the Chateau Theatre
  • 2:45 pm - 4:15 pm - Get your photo taken with Santa Claus on the second floor of the Galleria at University Square
  • 3 pm, 3:30 pm, and 4 pm: Storytime with Mrs. Claus inside the Chateau Theatre
  • 5 pm - Tree lighting ceremony in the Peace Plaza
