Country rapper Colt Ford has announced the release of a new album and accompanying tour in 2017. Love Hope Faith is set to drop on May 5, and a tour of the same name launched on Feb. 24.

The album features 13 tracks, including first single "4 Lane Gone." Ford recently took Taste of Country behind the scenes during the video shoot for the song, filmed just outside of Nashville. It showcases Donny Ware of the Style Network and former The Voice contestant Destinee Quinn. "This is not a breakup song; it’s a song about two people that love each other but have different personal goals," Ford says of the track.

Ford also taps several of country's brightest stars for the new project, including veterans Brad Paisley, Lady Antebellum's Charles Kelley, and Toby Keith, in addition to Granger Smith, Waterloo Revival, Tyler Farr and Josh Kelley (Charles' brother).

Country Stars Who Have Lost Weight

"Delivering a unifying message to his loyal fan base, Love Hope Faith, Colt Ford’s sixth studio album, celebrates all things that bring us together -- friends, family and our faith for a better future," a press release describes the new album.

"There are a lot of different styles on this album, but I think my fans will hear it’s just me. As long as I remain true to myself, I can delve into all of them," Ford states.

The tour, which will continue to add dates, kicked off in February of 2017 in Oklahoma and currently runs through September. It will make stops in areas such as Denver, Colo.; St. Louis, Mo.; Atlanta, Ga.; Daytona Beach, Fla., and more.
