Czech Lites Downtown Sound Band Final Concert Details on KDHL

After nearly four decades The Czech Lites and Downtown Sound Band is retiring.  Band leader Jim Reeder stops by for our AM Minnesota show today to take a trip down memory lane for us.  The program begins 9:30 a.m. on KDHL. 920 AM.  Download the FREE KDHL app and listen static free from anywhere in the world.

The band is billing their last performance, "The Last Dance."  It will be held on Sunday, March 31, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Park Ballroom in New Prague.  We will visit with Jim about their beginnings.  Talk about favorite venues played over the years.

The grind of performing when you would probably rather be doing something else sometimes.  I think it will be a fun and engaging conversations so I hope you can join us.
