Detours Begin Wednesday At Highway 52/60E Interchange

Zumbrota, MN (KROC AM News) -  A traffic alert for motorists using Highways 52 and 60 East in the Zumbrota area.

MnDOT is planning to close the southbound off-ramp to Highway 60 East between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm Wednesday. A detour will be provided.

Also, the Highway 60 on-ramp to south Highway 52 will be closed. A detour will be in place.

The closures are connected to the southbound bridge replacement project at the interchange.

MnDOT is also preparing to limit Highway 52 traffic to one lane in each direction, starting half a mile north and south of the Highway 60 interchange.  This is expected to begin Monday.

The project is expected to be finished in September.
