Did You Know There Are 2 Steele Co Plays This Month?

School is out and the LTO season has come to an end. However, there will be two plays staged in Steele County in July. The Medford Community Education Summer Theatre Production will be put on in the Medford School Auditorium. The cast and crew is comprised of aound 30 Medford students and alumni who will stage The Little Mermaid Jr. Show times will Friday, July 12 at 7pm, Saturday, July 13 at 7pm and Sunday, July 14 at 2pm. Tickets will be available at the door for $5.

The Last Five Years was a production that the late Sharon Stark took in while in Wisconsin. It was her wish that this play be staged in Owatonna. The former Executive Secretary of LTO will have her wish granted later this month. The play will be offered July 25, 26, 27 at 7:30pm and Sunday, July 28 at 2pm. Since this production is outside the regular LTO season, tickets will be $17 for adults and $14 for students.
