A Southern Minnesota man is up for top honors in a National Mullet Contest run online, and if he's picked, he's taking home some cash and prizes, and of course the honor of best mullet in the USA.

Curtis Wilson, of Austin Minnesota, has made the top-25 in the National Mullet Championships on the website mulletchamp.com. If Wilson gets the top number of votes for his serious salad, he's walking away with $2,500 and a whole host of prizes. But he's got some serious competition.

But that is just the initial contest. There is going to be a kids mullet contest coming, with the websites till taking entries. You can find out more information in regards to that contest, here.
