Win Free DQ Blizzards For An Entire Summer

So many Blizzards, so little time.

Dairy Queen recently announced they will give away 20 "DQ Sweetest Season" passes, giving the winner all the blended ice cream treats they can handle for an entire summer.

While the contest alludes to Blizzards specifically, winners are free to order whatever they want off the menu after being given what essentially amounts to a $5,000 gift card.

Ice cream aficionados hoping not to be brain-froze out of the competition need to have either a Facebook or Twitter account, as the contest will be run through those two sites.

Beginning at 11 a.m. CST Tuesday, DQ fans on Twitter need to name their favorite Blizzard flavor and use the hashtags #DQSweetestSeason and #DQSweepstakes. On Facebook, users will need to find the official Dairy Queen page and comment with their favorite flavor and the same hastages.

The contest, which runs through Monday, May 24th, will name its winners shortly after the close of the contest.

This year's summer Blizzard menu includes the Girl Scout Thin Mints Blizzard, Brownie Batter Blizzard, Drumstick with Peanuts Blizzard, Frosted Animal Cookie Blizzard, Raspberry Fudge Bliss Blizzard and a Cotton Candy Blizzard.

There are a bunch of DQ locations in the St. Cloud area. There's the iconic Red Barn DQ on Highway 10, the OG DQ on Division, a walk-up in Sauk Rapids... not to mention locations in Cold Spring and Clearwater.

If I win, no more standing at the window in a panic trying to decide on which Blizzard I want. "One of each, please," is the way to go.
