Faribault's Chef Jeff LaBeau hopefully hasn't bitten off more that be can chew, as Saturday's Midwest All-Star Wrestling event at the American Legion in Faribault is coming up fast. MAW officials confirmed with me that indeed Chef LaBeau will have some role in the upcoming wrestling event Saturday night.

MAW officials sent us a message after we inquired as to whether or not Jeff was going to see any action, as he is featured in the event poster. Well, it seems the chef will indeed be getting involved but to what level will Jeff participate.

MAW officials wrote to us that "Jeff will accompany the popular tag-team the “Hitmakerz” Rampage Santana and Nate Edwards against their opponents “the Bad Role Models” Richard Powers/Joey Alpha and So Fresh (the manager of the Bad Role Models)."

So does that mean Jeff will be running interference against So Fresh? Will we see Faribault's Chef LaBeau in a greater role after Saturday's event? I guess many of these questions will be answered Saturday at the American Legion in Faribault.

On top of Jeff being involved in the MAW event, here is another match preview for Saturday night.

Leonard has performed a few times here in Faribault, I know I've watched him out at the Rice County Fair the last two years, I respect his ring abilities, but every time I've hoped to see The System wrestle he seems to drop from the card, hopefully, this Saturday I'll finally be able to see him wrestle.

It should be noted that this Faribault event comes on the heels of Heart of a Warrior 2 that was held at Turtle Lake Casino last weekend, and that was one fantastic event, hopefully, the energy carry's over to this event too.

You can purchase tickets to the event ahead of time, here, otherwise doors open at 6pm with wrestling to begin at 7pm.
