First Responders Revive Rochester Teen from Fentanyl Overdose
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- A 17-year-old boy from Rochester was received from an apparent drug overdose Friday afternoon.

Rochester Police Captain Casey Moilanen said officers responded to the overdose call at a residence in the 1000 block of 9th Ave. Northwest around 1:20 p.m. The teen was found unresponsive inside of the home.
Responding officers administered Narcan and began doing CPR. Rochester Fire Department and Mayo Clinic Ambulance personnel also arrived to assist with life-saving measures and the boy regained his pulse and started breathing, Moilanen said.
The teen was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital by ambulance for further treatment. Moilanen said the boy most likely overdosed on fentanyl.
