From the Heart Activities on May 3 and 4

The first weekend in May will mark the 11th annual Run From the Heart. Advance tickets are on sale now for the spaghetti supper on Friday, May 3 at the Owatonna Middle School. They're available for purchase at Profinium, Kottke Jewelers and at the Washington or Lincoln elementary schools. Serving is 4:30-8pm and includes a live auction, silent auction and bake sale.

Saturday, May 4 is the date for the half marathon, relay, 5k walk/run and kids fun run at Lake Kohlmeier. The Half Marathon/Relay kicks things off at 8am.Here's a link to the From the Heart Registration site. You may also register the morning of the race between 6 and 7:30am.

Proceeds benefit area families that are fighting cancer. This years beneficiaries are Cheryl Bastyr, Monica Kruschke, Christopher Utoft and Dawn Armstrong.
