Inflatables + The Faribault Aquatic Center = SUMMER FUN!
Grab some goggles, a towel, and a swimsuit because it's inflatables day at Faribault Family Aquatic Center this Sunday!
From 4 pm-6:30 pm on Sunday, the aquatic center will have several inflatable courses set up in the deep end. (The diving board, drop slide, and water basketball will be closed during this event.)
Did I forget to mention that this event is FREE?! Arguably the best part!
If you're busy this Sunday, don't fret. The next inflatable day is Saturday, June 12th.
Other dates in June include Thursday the 17th, Sunday the 20th, Wednesday the 23rd, and Saturday the 26th.
Throughout July and August, there are 16 inflatables days. So yes, you do have plenty of opportunities.
The aquatic center is a 12,000 square foot zero-depth entry water park. In addition to a diving board and drop slide, they have three other slides, two climbing walls, lily pads, a sand play area, shade structures (for those who burn like me), concessions, and over 100 lounge chairs.
The center has A LOT of events throughout the summer. They are currently offering outdoor swim lessons Monday through Thursday, June 14th-24th, from 9:30-11:00 am.
For Infant to Level 2 swimmers, the price is $17. For level 2 and up, the price is $34. A 50% off Tommy Allen Scholarship is available. If you're interested, head here.
So what do you say? Pack up the kids, and let them burn off some (or most) of their energy while you soak up some Vitamin D.
