Duluth Grill Family Opening New Chicken Restaurant

The food here sounds absolutely incredible! A brand new restaurant is opening in the Duluth area.

The restaurant will focus on chicken and sides that go well with, well, chicken! This is the newest venture for the Duluth Grill Family of restaurants.

The new spot will be called 'Chicken and Whaaat?!' and will be a fast food concept with an emphasis on craft fried chicken sandwiches.

Other menu options will include chicken tenders, beef fat fries and delicious sauces made in house. This new addition will join other Duluth Grill Family restaurants like OMC Smokehouse and Burger Paradox.

My friend told me about the new restaurant about a week ago, or the possibility of it, after an employee working at a nearby business told him about it. The employee told him that the new space will open at some point in December but an opening date has not been confirmed.

The company is already hiring for the new restaurant, seeking a general manager to help run this new venture. According to the job posting, this new restaurant is just the beginning:

This is a concept we're hoping to expand and grow and are looking for leaders and managers that want to get in on the ground floor.

It is sure to be as successful as all of the other restaurants in the family! I always want chicken fingers so I can't wait for this.

As for location, this chicken shack appears to be in the former Charley's location along Central Avenue. The murals outside are amazing! You can't miss them.
