Is it too soon? Maybe but it is always good to be informed, especially when it comes to Halloween in the Northland. Ha!

If you are a Halloween lover, you are probably already getting in the fall spirit, ready for all the haunted attractions and fun that comes with the holiday. I am one of those people.

I have definitely wondered if we would be getting a Spirit Halloween this year. (Yes, it is one of my favorite places.) Last year, there was a location in the Burning Tree Plaza but that space has now been filled.

There was also a second location at the Miller Hill Mall. Just as I was wondering if we'd be seeing any locations in Duluth again this year, I got an email that the superstore was hiring and it showed which locations you could apply to, giving me the answers I was looking for.

Miller Hill Mall To Welcome Spirit Halloween Store Again This Year

Looking for a seasonal gig? Here you go! Duluth is on the list of cities in Minnesota looking for staff for their future Spirit Halloween stores. The address is 1600 Miller Trunk Highway, which is the Miller Hill Mall. There has been a location here a handful of times over the years and it looks like it will be here in 2026 as well.

Of course, Halloween is still pretty far out right now so we shouldn't expect this store to pop up anytime soon. I am just glad that it appears to be returning to the mall this year. It makes the perfect pit stop while doing some shopping.

As of now, we don't know exactly which space in the mall it will occupy but you can apply for a job at the store if you want to truly celebrate the season. I will keep you updated when we hear an update, which probably won't come until later this summer.

In the meantime, you can check out the Spirit Halloween movie. I still have not watched but I definitely need to! It stars Minnesota actress Rachael Leigh Cook and is about a group of kids who get stuck in the store and the spooky items come alive.

To be honest, it looks iconic. Now that I remember it exists, I will definitely be watching as soon as possible.
