The Maple Lake Irish Are In The Running For A Million Dollar Upgrade
T-Mobile's Friday Night 5G Lights contest is now down to the final 40 schools, and there is just one Minnesota school left. Maple Lake is the lone Minnesota school in the running for a million-dollar field upgrade. Here's how you can help them advance, as the clock is ticking.
Maple Lake Is A Midwest 'Semi-Finalist'
T-Mobile's Friday Night 5G Lights contest has narrowed it's list down to the final 40 schools, and Maple Lake is one of those schools. But they need our help to make the finals.

Minnesotans from border to border, and family, friends, and other relatives can vote for Maple Lake once a day. If they finish on October 25th as the top school in the Midwest region, they will advance to the finals, with the winning school walking away with a million dollars to upgrade their football field.
How Can You Vote?
It's pretty easy to do. The first thing you need to do is go to the T-Mobile Friday Night 5G Lights website, FridayNight5GLights.com, or through the T-Life app, with a valid mobile phone number.
You'll want to vote in the Midwest division for Maple Lake.
As of Monday morning, the school is in 8th place in the Midwest division, but the leading school is within striking distance.
A Lot Of Money At Stake
According to T-Mobile:
"Every finalist will receive $25,000 for their school and a T‑Mobile-hosted Home Game Celebration, while fans can vote daily to help their favorite school advance. One Division Champion from each region will score $250,000, a Gronk Fitness gym valued at $90,000 and “The Big Deal” student leadership award prize of $5,000 — and remain in the running for the $1 million grand prize."
So what are you waiting for? Spread the word and get to voting!
