Just across the border into Wisconsin, about 20 minutes from Forest Lake, there is a fabulous place known as Big Rock Creek that offers you and your family, young and old alike, some amazing old-fashioned fun in March, including an easter egg hunt that is just for adults! Now do I have your attention?

Approximately 40 vendors and artisans will share their wares inside the 100-year-old barn. Of course, there will be photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny, plus a petting zoo, pony rides, live music, and food trucks! Yum!

MEET MAGGIE

We can't forget their super sweet resident cow named Maggie, with whom you can take photos with. Maggie now has two other Scottish Highlanders and 2 mini-cows in their yard. (I've never heard of a mini-cow, but they do exist!)

EASTER EGG HUNT FOR ADULTS WITH  VALUABLE PRIZES!

I'm super excited about the easter egg hunt for the kids, but mostly I'm excited about the easter egg hunt they have that is exclusively for adults! When was the last time WE had the opportunity to find Easter Eggs instead of helping the Easter Bunny hide them for the kids? The Easter Egg hunt for adults will include valuable prizes as well.

The first Spring Boutique happened in 2020, and over 500 people came that first year during the two-day event. It was the launch of family fun at Big Rock Creek, and now churches, senior centers, childcare facilities, schools, and families all come to Rock Creek to get in on some old-fashioned fun.

The event will be happening on Saturday and Sunday, March 23rd and March 24th, 2024, at Big Rock Creek. It's worth the drive. Big Rock Creek has fun year-round.
