Austin Police Looking For Suspect in Armed Gas Station Robbery
Austin, MN (KROC-AM News)- Authorities are looking for the man suspected of committing an armed robbery at a gas station in Austin.

A news release issued by the Austin Police Department says officers responded to the armed robbery report around 7:00 Wednesday evening.
Investigators obtained surveillance footage of the incident and released two still photos of the suspect.
Suspect in Armed Robbery at Austin, MN Gas Station Saught by Police
The robbery occurred at a gas station in the 1400 block of 14th St. Northwest.
The suspect brandished a handgun and demanded money from the clerk. He then took off on foot after leaving the store with an undisclosed amount of money, the news release says.
Police are describing the suspect as a man in his 20’s, approximately 6’2”, with a thin to medium build. He was wearing a black Reebok hooded sweatshirt, dark colored pants, and black shoes.
No injuries were reported. The robbery is under investigation.
Authorities say the suspect was believed to have fled the scene southbound on 14th St. Northwest.
