
Ghost Gun & Threats Case Sends Young Rochester Man to Prison
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- A threats case involving a so-called "ghost gun" has sent a young Rochester man to prison.

He was charged last April, after Rochester police responded to the report of domestic assault involving a shooting threat.
Court records indicate he was previously convicted in a juvenile robbery case.

Young Rochester, MN Man Sentenced for Threats Case Involving Ghost Gun
The criminal complaint says Investigators a seized a Polymer 80 Pistol, which is described in the court document as a gun without a serial number that is built from a kit.
Police also found a handgun magazine, gun cleaning kit and a scale from 20-year-old Da'Zyllon Kordae Eugene Williams following a search of his vehicle and home.
Williams was initially charged with a count of terroristic threats, ineligible person in possession of a firearm and possession of a firearm without a serial number following the execution of the search warrant.
Court records say Williams pleaded guilty to the threats charge in exchange for the dismissal of the other charges last November.
Williams was sentenced Monday to 18 months in prison. He was given credit for 302 days already spent behind bars, according to court records.
