Minnesota Volleyball Coaches Week 7 Polls
The Northfield Raiders received a vote for #1 in Class 3A. The Waterville-Elysian-Morristown Buccaneers moved up a notch despite losing to a Class A school (Bethlehem Academy) last week.
Those are a couple of the happenings in the most recent Minnesota Volleyball Coaches Association polls of high school teams in the four state classes.
The final week of the regular season is here which means the final poll is next weekend.

Section One will have some awesome matches in every class when the playoffs begin. No specific information is on the MSHSL website about Class 1AAA and 1AAAA Tournament dates.
Section 1A play-in matches are October 23, 2023 with second round October 26, 2023 at high seed.
Section 1AA starts October 26, 2023 at high seed with the next round in Rochester on October 30, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Halloween the Section 1A Semi-Finals take place with the title match at 6:00 p.m. on November 2, 2023.
Waterville-Elysian-Morristown Head Coach Crystal Lamont told KDHL during the Satureday WEM Coaches Show this is the final year for Subsections in Section 2AA.
Next year like Section One they will seed all the way with no Subsections.
Fortunately for the Buccaneers the North is loaded with good teams and they are in the South.
Coach Lamont says they still have to play well to win the South Subsection.
