New Foods for the 2026 Minnesota State Fair

It's one of the most wonderful times of the year, the Minnesota State Fair is out with their new foods for 2026!

Yes, I'm your resident crazy state fair person. I absolutely LOVE the fair. When the new foods were announced you'd better believe I was one of the first people to take a look at them.

I'm like a kid on Christmas morning when this list comes out. Or maybe like a kids back in the 90s when you got the toy catalog a few months before Christmas and you circled what toys you wanted, because I'm over here circling which foods I'm going to want to try when I go to the fair this year.

From Dill Cookies to Shakshuka Lamb Meatballs, and Cracklin' Corn Ribs to Dubai Whoopie Pie, let's run through all of the new state fair foods for this year.
