They opened the Sunday before Christmas, so during a very busy time of the year, but now that things are starting to settle down, it may be time to go and check this place out.

New Cuban-ish Restaurant Opens in Rochester, MN

They're calling it 'Cuban-ish Street Food' and say it's 'A not so traditional Cuban hot spot.' If that's your cup of tea, you'll want to check out Yuma Fritas.

Yuma Fritas is owned by the same group that owns Hot Chip, Mr. Pizza North, and Boxcar Hippie. Also, they're located in the former Taco Jed spot on Broadway.

They aren't open on New Year's Day (January 1st), but then they'll be back open for business for you to check them out!
