The country singer shared a video to Instagram yesterday of his fatherly pride.

The video featured his 8-year-old daughter, Olive Pearl, mastering the art of wake surfboarding (not an easy feat if you've ever tried it).

Owen wrote:

"I got to play instructor. Pearl was ready to quit because her leg was tired… she dropped the rope and the smile on her face is priceless and my Dad excitement is pretty uncontainable. These are the moments in life that are so special."

Olive Pearl's smile at the end is heart-warming. The Country Music community thought so too.

I've spent the majority of the week reminiscing and thinking about how incredible my own dad is (all while stress-picking out a gift for him), and I couldn't help but think of him when watching this video.

Dads are great at pushing kids to their limits (or at least in my case). They believe in you even when you're exhausted and want to quit. Their dedication and persistence (though annoying at times) can be extremely rewarding in the end.

This isn't the first time we've seen Olive Pearl shine! She is no stranger to Owen's Instagram page.

This precious picture is from Father's Day 2019. Owen writes "God bless little girls." All I have to say is God bless the fathers that raise them.
