Jordan Police Looking For The Public’s Help After A Hit & Run Monday

The Jordan Police Department is asking for the public's help involving a hit and run that occurred yesterday afternoon. The accident involved a maroon Ford Explorer backing into a vehicle waiting at a car wash.

The driver of the Explorer according to Jordan police got out of her vehicle removed a black lab from the passenger side of her vehicle and then brought the dog around to the driver side. As the vehicle then began backing up to leave, struck the door of a parked vehicle at a gas station car wash. The vehicle did not stop and left going north on Highway 169.

The accident was reported in the parking lot of the Holiday gas station located on Triangle Lane.

It's difficult to tell but the vehicle may have a temporary plate, as the license area looks very white, as opposed to the blue-ish color we typically see with a normal Minnesota license plate.
