June 22 Will Be a Busy Saturday in Blooming Prairie

The Blooming Prairie Cancer Group has their annual Cruise for Cancer on Saturday, June 22. Registration is from 9-10:15am at J and H Liquor with the ride starting at 10:30am. It's $15 a rider and includes a meal. You'll return around 5pm to a taco bar at J and H Liquor. The public is invited to the taco bar meal. Proceeds to benefit the Blooming Prairie Cancer Group.

Later on Saturday,June 22,  the Blooming Prairie Youth Club hosts their annual Ribfest, A Rib and Win Thing at the Servicemen's Club. Rib and wing tasting will begin at 3pm and go till it's gone or 5pm. Pork sandwiches will be on sale from 3-7pm. There will be activities across the street in the park. New this year will be a Bean Bag tournament. Sign up at 2pm and the fun starts at 3pm. Proceeds to benefit the Blooming Prairie Youth Club.
