He's a bit over 3 months old and has been in foster care for only a week. The first couple of days in his foster home he went from hiding to seeking out people. He's a lover and quite curious about things. Charlie has been neutered and micro chipped.

With the colder weather, keep in mind that there are towns with ordinances requiring animals to be provided with shelter from the wintry elements.

If you have plans of giving a pet as a Christmas gift, check with the Humane Society first. It's recommended that you let the recipient select the pet that's best for them rather than you pick one out and give it to them. They have to live with the animal.
