Corky Ebeling, Owatonna Park and Recreation Director, receives a check from Kiwanis Club president Andrew Cowell for the Park and Rec departments scholarship fund. Ebeling spoke to the Kiwanis Noon Club on Wednesday about the department's responsibilities, accomplishments and future visions.
