La Michoacana Purépecha is coming to Rochester and will be opening soon. I spoke to the owners to find out about their plans for the Rochester location and what they'll be serving.
On their site they explain, "We’ve taken Mexico’s number one natural frozen treats shops and created our unique offering and concept, giving Minnesotan’s an authentic and original experience—for the first time—of traditional La Michoacana shop" Check out where the new place will be and when it will be open below.

MSPMag.com checked out the Twin Cities locations and says the menu is packed with delicious treats, "Not only can you find over 50 kinds of paleta popsicles in flavors like horchata and avocado, but you can score spicy fruit cups and dorilocos, which are like the best version of a walking taco dumped into a chip bag ever."
