LTO Announces Auditions For Its Summer Production

Auditions for the Little Theatre of Owatonna's summer production of "Once on This Island" will take place over two weekends. Adults are invited to try out Saturday, April 6 from 6-8pm and Sunday, April 7 at 1pm. Children's auditions will be on Saturday, April 13 from 1-2pm at LTO West Hills. Audition packets are available at the Owatonna Public Library. There are roles for 6 adult women and 6 adult men along with 1 female child and 1 male child.

This Tony Award-winning musical combines the story of Romeo and Juliet with The Little Mermaid.Heather Burke will serve as Artistic Director with Victoria Bartkowiak as Technical Director. Michael Burke will be Music Director with Kyra Rahn as Choreographer.

Production date will be in late June.

The name of the victim in that tragic auto crash into the Straight River on Monday has been released.
