
Minnesota Icon, ‘Treasure City’ Is Officially on the Market!
The current owners are set to retire and are ready for a new owner to take over the Minnesota icon!

Over the weekend, the historic souvenir shop was listed for sale and you can be the proud new owner! Listed at $450,000, Treasure City is the biggest souvenir shop in Central Minnesota. Sitting off of Highway 10, the iconic shop has been a staple of Royalton since 1962.
It should be noted that the $450,000 sale tag is only for the property and not the sprawling array of inventory inside. Treasure City brings in around $500,000 is annually in gross income and it is estimated that is new owners could see roughly $115,000 in earnings.
Not only is "Pirate Pete" a sight to see as it greets tourist and shoppers alike, but according to Roadside America, there is also a 200 pound 'Man Eating Clam' that has earn this unique shop a place on Roadside America's must visit list!
