Everyone has a favorite Christmas song.

Whether a festive ditty like "Jingle Bells" or a reflective hymn like "Oh, Holy Night," there's always one song (or twenty!) that we love to hear or sing along to during the holiday season.

It also stands to reason that there would be a song (or twenty!) that we detest. Mariah Carey's "All I Want for Christmas Is You" is a perfect example of a polarizing holiday song -- people either love it or hate it.

Curious to know which other holiday songs Minnesotans can't stand to hear, we took to Facebook to ask.

Here are some of the answers:

"Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer" earned a couple votes.

The 1953 novelty song by 10-year old Gayla Peevey "I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas" also earned a couple mentions.

Familiar holiday tunes like "The Christmas Song," WHAM's "Last Christmas," "The Christmas Shoes," "12 Days of Christmas" and "Santa Baby" also all earned mentions as least favorite Christmas songs.

One listener suggested a song we hadn't heard of before "Dominick the Donkey."

"Anything by Mariah Carey," responded another, clearly not holding back.
