Steele County is getting "a pot of money" in the tune of $700,000 according to Owatonna Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourism (OACCT) President Brad Meier. The money "may provide some much needed dollars to your small business," he writes in the latest edition of the Tuesday Talk e-newsletter from the chamber.

"The county can determine how to best get these dollars into the hands of impacted businesses. These grants will be open to all businesses that qualify and there will be a simple application process. We expect more details in the next week." Read Meier's full blog on the topic.

The chamber continues to promote local restaurants through the Take-Out Challenge. Get some take out or delivery and post a picture on the chamber's Facebook page for the chance to win Chamber Bucks.
