Next Chapter Winery Getting Ready for Guests w/ Outdoor Seating

A winery in New Prague, MN, Next Chapter Winery, is getting ready to welcome guests again starting Monday, June 1st. They've been working really hard to put together a huge, new pavilion to provide more outdoor seating. They've documented the hard work on their Facebook page.

Yesterday in a Facebook post you can see the family working together planting flowers around the pavilion. Dirt was brought in, flowers were planted, and they're going to be working on getting electricity, chandeliers, and fans installed in the pavilion in order to be ready for Monday.

Also on their Facebook, they announced their hours and how you can make a reservation. On Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays they'll be open 4-9 PM, Fridays 3-9 PM, Saturdays Noon-9 PM, and Sundays 1-5 PM. To make a reservation it's very easy, you can call them (612-756-3012), email them (ncwrestaurantmanager@gmail.com), or message them on Facebook.

They also list a few rules for their outdoor dining. You must have a reservation, parties of 4 or less (max of 6 if you're all from the same household), and remain 6 feet apart from other guests.

I'm excited for restaurants and bars to reopen! I'm not sure I'll go right away when places reopen but eventually I will. I'll take any excuse to go somewhere other than the grocery store at this point!
