Make sure your snowblower has gas, as the National Weather Service is predicting 3-6 inches of snow to fall between Thursday and Friday night. This morning the National Weather Service put out to social media a graphic that shows the probability of 'plowable' snow. The further North and West you go the more likely it is, but the forecast for parts of Southern Minnesota is right now calling for 3-6 inches to fall.

If you snowmobile you'll appreciate the snow, as we are getting a little light on the white stuff in some places with the above-normal temps, if you aren't a fan of winter know that the forecast CAN change.

Of course, we should take this with a grain of salt as the potential storm is still a few days out, and we know how quickly these systems can change course. It seems the last few predicted to hit us, moved and we didn't see as much as was predicted.
