
Cannon Falls Man Charged in Fatal Faribault Wreck
Faribault, MN (KROC AM News) - A Cannon Falls man has been cited for causing a deadly traffic wreck near Faribault.
A case was filed in Rice County Court Tuesday against 42-year-old Andrew Stein, charging him with careless driving and driving over the centerline.
The Minnesota State Patrol says Stein was driving a minivan that crossed the centerline of Highway 60 and collided with a car, killing its driver. The victim was 27-year-old William Potter of Waterville. Stein suffered life-threatening injuries.
The wreck happened around 4:45 AM July 10th west of Faribault.
