Relax! Minnesota is the 4th Most Chill State in America
Of course New York and California are among the busiest, stress-monster states, but are you a little surprised to see that Minnesota is among the least hectic?
On one side of the coin I think of Minnesotans in general as busy, driven, hard-working, and focused. On the other side of that coin is a people that know how to enjoy a bonfire, a day on the lake, a walk in he woods, a day at the state fair, and a beer at a hockey game.
According to the team at Mixbook, Minnesota dodges the chaos of the times, as one of the least busy states in America. (Of course, that might vary a bit depending who you're talking to.)
To determine where Americans are living the most and least busy lives, we surveyed residents in every state and several cities regarding their schedules.

It surprises me that Arizona is number two on that list. I just think of all the retirees and winter residents that call Arizona home. Seems like it would be a lot more chill.
I'm also curious as to why Wisconsin would be among the most busy states, and Minnesota is among the least busy. Must be all that deer hunting, beer drinking, and shopping for Packers gear.

Minneapolis was also the third less hectic and busy city in the country among major metropolitan areas behind only Detroit and Albuquerque. Any guess which city is the craziest busy? Charlotte, North Carolina. (New York was 4th right after Phoenix and Boston). What's going on in Arizona?
Where do Minnesota's other three neighbors rank on the busiest states list? Iowa was the 44th busiest state, so not far off from Minnesota. The Dakotas were not included for whatever reason.
