One of my dear roommates is obsessed with plants right now. I'm not kidding; she has acquired at least eight in the last three days.

I don't mind. It does brighten up our house, and I personally can't even keep a succulent alive longer than three weeks.

Whether you have a green thumb or not, Wild Sparrow Co. in Mankato is hosting a sale on anything and everything in bloom. In fact, right now you can get 25% off all floral and greenery.

The sale started yesterday but continues through Sunday, which is a big deal because the store usually has limited hours. This weekend the store is open from 10-5 today, 10-4 on Saturday, and 11-3 on Sunday.

In addition to beautiful flowers, you can find farmhouse, boho, vintage, home decor, clothing, jewelry, and gifts. A very interesting mix of styles, but the store does offer a lot of pizzazz.

You can check out the unique items here. If you see something you like, the owner encourages you to get to the store early. Supposedly, there are a bunch of shipping difficulties in the industry right now, so restocking is a bit of a challenge.

The clothing special for this week are $20 swimsuit coverups.

I told you guys! I wasn't joking about the flare! If you're looking to draw eyes at the beach this season, this number will do it!

In fact, I'd recommend you head to one of the best beach towns in America to show off your new style!

LOOK: Here are the 50 best beach towns in America

Every beach town has its share of pluses and minuses, which got us thinking about what makes a beach town the best one to live in. To find out, Stacker consulted data from WalletHub, released June 17, 2020, that compares U.S. beach towns. Ratings are based on six categories: affordability, weather, safety, economy, education and health, and quality of life. The cities ranged in population from 10,000 to 150,000, but they had to have at least one local beach listed on TripAdvisor. Read the full methodology here. From those rankings, we selected the top 50. Readers who live in California and Florida will be unsurprised to learn that many of towns featured here are in one of those two states.

Keep reading to see if your favorite beach town made the cut.
