Update: Dakota County Man Found Dead

Update: The Dakota County Sheriff's office issued a statement via Twitter just before 11AM Wednesday saying that Bruce Peterson had been found dead. They thanked all of the volunteers who have been searching for him since Sunday. No other details are available at this time.

According to the Dakota County Sheriff's Office, the 61-year-old Peterson went missing on Sunday.

Bruce and his wife were in town visiting family and were camped at the Dakota County Fairgrounds. He went for a walk around 10PM. He did not take his cell phone or wallet with him. His family says this is out of character for Bruce.
