Severe Storms, Heavy Rain Possible in Southern Minnesota Today
The National Weather Service says heavy rain is expected across southern Minnesota today, with the additional risk of severe storms late this afternoon and evening.
Most areas of southern Minnesota are expected to receive at least an inch of rain today through tomorrow, with some locations picking up as much as three inches.
