Severe Weather Threat Across Southern Minnesota Today
The National Weather service says there is a risk of severe weather across southern Minnesota late this afternoon into tonight.
Large hail and damaging winds will be the primary risks, with the greatest threat in the eastern half of southern Minnesota, including Faribault and Owatonna. The timing for any strong to severe storms is most likely between 4 pm and 8 pm, with storms diminishing after 8:00.
