State Of The Art Attraction Now Open In Minnesota’s Mall of America
Some people love shopping - I am not one of those people. When I go to the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota I hit up Lids and maybe one or two other stores, and then I spend the rest of the day following my wife around... Fun times.
Sometimes our kids come with and they always end up getting bored and misbehaving. Normally that would frustrate me, but at MOA it's great because it's an excuse to bail on shopping and look for fun things while mama shops. And, there are definitely plenty of options for entertainment inside MOA including a new state-of-the-art attraction.
Things To Do Inside Minnesota's Mall of America
Shopping is the obvious answer, but the mega mall offers a lot of entertainment options.
Nickelodeon Universe features more than two dozen rides and attractions, several spots to grab a snack, and fun stores like the LEGO store and M&Ms World.
You can spend the entire day at Nickelodeon Universe by purchasing an unlimited ride bracelet for $44.99.
The Mall of America has several other entertainment options, including a flight simulator, mini-golf, escape room, and an incredible aquarium.
And, a brand new attraction is now open and gives guests the chance to rescue Rapunzel or climb Mount Rushmore. It looks pretty awesome; check out the pictures below.
New Attraction Now Open Inside MOA
ClimbZone is a state-of-the-art wall-climbing park inside the Mall of America.
There are over 40 different walls to climb and each has a really cool design.
This looks like a great way to wear your kids out and honestly, it seems like a fun way to beat the winter blues with your friends. I can't wait to check it out.
MOA says,
"With over 40 walls to choose from, ClimbZone lets you self-belay up 25 feet to save Rapunzel from her tower, 30 feet up our giant bookcase, and 35 feet to the top of a quintessential harbor lighthouse. Still not high enough? Take the ultimate climbing challenge up our very own Mount Rushmore, peaking at 40 feet! Featuring varying difficulty levels,<a href="https://mallofamerica.com/directory/ClimbZone" target="_blank"> ClimbZone is a destination for adventurers of all ages!"</a>
On their website they say they want to be a "fun-focused destination in an all-weather, safe and exciting environment for anyone." and "the stand-out feature of ClimbZone is the climbing walls themselves, as each of the walls is truly a work of art."
