
Surrounded Southern Minnesota Man Calls In Bomb Threat At A School
The Albert Lea Police Department wasn't thrown off the scent of a wanted man after a bomb threat was called into a nearby school this morning. The man, who was ultimately arrested on outstanding warrants after barricading himself inside a residence, confessed to police after being arrested that he indeed was behind the bomb threat.
According to the Albert Lea Police Department:
This morning at 10:41 a.m. the Albert Lea Police Department had determined that Anthony Jerome Woodraska, 33 years of age from Walters, MN was in a residence in the 800 Block of Third Ave South. Woodraska was wanted for numerous theft-related charges and a warrant from another county. Woodraska barricaded himself in the residence and was refusing officers' requests to come out of the residence. Officers continued to negotiate with Woodraska.
