It's no secret that people go over to Wisconsin to buy fireworks for the 4th.

Many animals are afraid of fireworks and all of the activity might make them stressed too.

Unfortunately, this year, the parade was not meant to happen.

Officials with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety encourage residents to leave exploding fireworks to the experts. My dog would be in favor of such a move as well.
