The Blue Barn Is Opening Some Surprise Pop Up Restaurants!
The Minnesota State Fair favorite made a surprise announcement yesterday on their Facebook page and it got everyone excited!
The Blue Barn announced that they will be serving up some of their Fair Food favorites, as well as some old classics, at their sister restaurants from August 31st through September 7th! This will be yet another round of pop-ups for the restaurant has they have been doing this through out the summer since the news came about the cancellation of the State Fair back in May.
Some of the food with will find them serving are:
- Meatloaf on a Stick
- Nashville Hot Chicken on a Stick
- Chicken in a Waffle Cone
- Pop Rocks French Toast
- Blue Cheese and Corn Fritz
- Blueberry Basil Lemonade
All can be taken for dine-in or carry out orders! Alternatively, you can find the Little Blue Truck driving around as well to sample some of their amazing food also! You can check out their website as they consistently update it with their location!
