Think The East Coast Storm Was Bad? Check Out Siberian City

By now you've seen images of the piled-up snow and howling winds that hit the East Coast this week. Try this: Google the word "Dudinka." It's a city in Siberia. Take a look at the mess those poor folks are facing. A storm has left the city without water or electricity, and temperatures plunging to 40 below zero.
